History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Kelter alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats.
