Description: She wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. She carries a battered axe and tarnished sword as well. Her tied-back hair is black. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.
Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Elves.
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jarsali fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. She wears a colorful flower in her gold crest. Her red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She was born in a small forest village. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Megren took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up mace and armor she uses now. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of gnolls once and for all.
History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. At a young age his mother died while driving off some gnolls. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in mace use. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Fisher. He has achieved small success as a Fisher.

History: Born in the south to a Engraver, Curran learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Pyxrin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Bricklayer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Bricklayer work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ortegar was born on a far southern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Armorer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears a blue vest and prefers violet and tan shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His white hair is smooth and relatively long. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
