Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His rusty crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: Donaar was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. She struck the Spy job and began her own company from there.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Spy responsibilities is difficult.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Her temper goes off on the smallest of things. She tends to lash out at those around her.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jaxi grew up listening to her mother's many stories. At a young age her mother died while driving off some orcs. Her father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in spear use. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and she desires to right it

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Pyntle abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is her passion; and she's looking for her big break

Personality: She is overprotective of those who hire her services. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Architect arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

History: Born in the east to a Sage, Kansif learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Sage work with an outfit from a few towns over. Sage work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.
