Description: He wears an entirely brown suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his orange fur in a pixie cut. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jade grew up listening to his father's many stories. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a black collared shirt and blue skirt. She accessorizes with a tan scarf around the waist and a strap diagonally across her shirt. Her chestnut hair is braided into rings. She wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: She does not care much for physical appearances, nor does she care much for other people. She does however care about what she wants and getting it. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her singing with anyone who is interested.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Nella has worked very hard to control her curse. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Layabout they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Blacksmith, and she later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and doesn't want to be a blacksmith and was forced into it by her family

Description: This northern woman is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her fur is gray and curly. Her eyes are hazel and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Tabaxis in Five's homeland. Five decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To prove her worth to the world.

Description: She is a paragon of her species. She is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. Her skin is light but she possesses many yellow ritualistic tattoos. She wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). Her brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. She has gray eyes and a violet hat with a yellow feather.
Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. Heather enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. Her mother took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: A 3'1" southern woman, she wears a red shirt, with a tan mid length skirt with tan tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. Her white hair is smooth and relatively long. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She is greedy.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His blonde hair is braided into rings. His skin is flawless and his gray eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Nelkin will drive conversation. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nelkin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lucan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Cartwright kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.

Personality: He hates Halflings with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He takes great joy in being the best Server in town.
History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Wiggan's homeland. Wiggan decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Server for the past few years.

Description: An imposing man with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, he wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His black hair is smooth and relatively long. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Glûk fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
