History: Shamash was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: A hulking woman with gigantic muscles, she is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her violet eyes peer out from beneath her wide-brimmed tan hat.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across

History: Born to a Ploughman, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Syllin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Syllin. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a strong sense of loyalty to gnomish people

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Like her mother and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Sculptor. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Thorpe liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
