Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Kava lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered east to less war torn lands. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Shepherd they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Beggar, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: She was born into a rich family. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Detective and was forced into it by her family; and to be a carpenter again

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
