History: Soveliss was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Beatrice's homeland. Beatrice decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
