Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His hair is blonde and very short. This green eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Gilthur was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Interpreter. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Griselda was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult.

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears a tan costume with the symbols of strength on her torso. Her moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Her face is scarred and worn.
Personality: Stoic and calm, she prefers to meditate than take action. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Arara took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: The child of a Stylist, who enjoyed hunting, Nicor was taken on many hunting expeditions. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Healer. He tends to his Healer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: He was born in the east. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Hunter fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. Sporting a chestnut mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are a pleasant green.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Joser grew up listening to his father's many stories. Joser abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Joser was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.
