Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This woman is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing brown cape and mantle trimmed with soft blue waves gently in the breeze. Her hair is cut close to her head. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: Delre lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. In her 18th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Money/treasure.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Calcitro wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mason but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: A powerful brothel owner made her what she is. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.
History: Born in the north to a Layabout, Alberich learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to open a new tavern
