Personality: Ranala wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Expert, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Cartwright business.

History: Ranala was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. She bought a sickle and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Bookbinder arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Bookbinder and found it very stressful. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A freak accident while working with her Unemployed mother left her crippled. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Through the years after Wella was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Wella's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels kind of lost in life.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. A true patriot, Lerissa would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born in the south. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lerissa fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. She enjoys reading and quiet.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
