Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Pirithin hails from a village terrorized by illithids. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Pirithin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Thoradin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thoradin grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thoradin. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. The war was a terrible time for him, and Elaim does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Elaim hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and many orcs want him driven away
