History: Mordai was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Mordai fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Siffress has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born in the north. While she appears to be a normal Dwarf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Personality: She is shy and timid. She has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: She is wracked by social anxiety.
