Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. She prefers to wear the grand gowns of high society. She carries her fan with her everywhere and carries herself as the perfect lady, marred by beers. Her long golden hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Guard arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. He is portly but not overly obese. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Gimgen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He stands about 4'4" and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is long and white with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He is happy with his job as a Map Maker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has achieved small success as a Map Maker.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Dwarf in existence. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Dalgal was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Balimaar abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he feels threatened by others

Description: A 4'11" southern man, he wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs. He keeps his long white hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: He was born into a rich family. Halimath was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Halimath decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He now mingles about in high society.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: He was born in the east. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is content

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. She was an apprentice working in her mother's forge. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: Adran was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
