History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Baker and found it very stressful. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
