Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A freak accident while working with his Guard father left him crippled. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shipwright, and he later adopted a second son.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with poetry. She constantly tries to fill her life with poetry. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered poetry. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with her old friends; and she is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out

History: Claira was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and to pay off her debts

Description: He wears dark leathers with embroidery, and carries shields. His long red hair reaches down to his waist. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This exceptionally lanky woman wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a hand crossbow on her belt. Her long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. She has gleaming, smiling amber eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, she is a well trained Layabout. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dwarven conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and her religion dominates her actions

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, and is pretty ugly. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her fierce red eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: Her druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Through the years after Findex was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Findex's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he has a crush on the local glassblower

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born in the north to a Spice Merchant, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Spice Merchant. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

She was beautiful and young once, which still shows through her age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
