History: Stannor was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Alain grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food.
