Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the south. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Uthemar. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Orsik was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. After a long history of fighting, Orsik and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and retire the richest man in the north

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Diggory's homeland. Diggory decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Gnomish companion (her 'brother'). When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
