Description: An older man who wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, he is not a threatening figure. His moppish red hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has gray eyes.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his father struggled to pay the bills. Skog was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Skog decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he prefers to wear brown clothing when he does not wear armor. His fur is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Flask fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: She wears blue robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally she wears more armor. She prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available she will default to her hand crossbow. She carries with her a set of hand crossbows on her belt, each one with a amber on the hilt. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Shanairla has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shanairla fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.
History: Panana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Ploughman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She would like to get married and retire; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is her passion

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Gildmak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Warlock school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Half-Elven companion (her 'brother'). She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
