Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Gilthur was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Marshal they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Bowyer, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

History: Kite lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Elaim was born with his father's beautiful face. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Elaim fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
