History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Agatha was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

History: Joan lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Joan alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has worked as a Merchant like her father before her.

Personality: Eleanor is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Eleanor was born the youngest of three triplets. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has worked as a Knight like her mother before her.
