History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes illithids are coming to abduct people. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Lia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her first spouse was a Carpenter, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

Motivation: Regain custody of her son; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She worked as a nervous Masseuse and found it very stressful. She became a Masseuse soon after.
