History: Syllin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father.
