A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: The child of a Carpenter, who enjoyed hunting, Richard was taken on many hunting expeditions. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Richard alone in the world.
