Personality: He is fixated on the number 38. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born into a rich family. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. After a long history of fighting, Bulzo and his spouse have recently divorced.
