Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Phelaia fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
