Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Varis is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: The child of a Shepherd, who enjoyed hunting, Varis was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the east. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Gildmak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
