History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Locksmith, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
