Personality: Gerald hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gifted student she started as a Weaver, but she got bored and became a Bather. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Roofer. She struck the Roofer job and began her own company from there.

History: Ruloth lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Ruloth was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Ruloth's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
