Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Sweet hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Hunter was born the youngest of three triplets. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Ahinar is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ahinar does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
