Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 5'4". He wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. He wears his white hair up in a very large beehive style do. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To end his boredom; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This woman is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of her veins is visible when she is not flexing. Her shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for her due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. She has no fur. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She works hard and plays hard.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Smoking has worked very hard to control her curse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he has a crush on the local glassblower

A flowing white cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. Her hair is long and red with streaks of brown, and is pulled back with small white clips. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Jasmine was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. In her 20th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. After months of barely getting by, Jasmine managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Ombul was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Thorpe was born the youngest of three triplets. He took after his mother in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his mother taught him to defend himself. When his mother died while fighting drow, the young Thorpe began to lead the lost caravan. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mayor profession.
History: Raam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Expert, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Expert in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
