History: Born in the west her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Gardener hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: Nogu wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Aristocrat, so she tries to act the part. She does a good job, for the most part... As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Nogu lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
