Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His silver hair is knotted and matted. His gray eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Shump is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Tailor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Laborer, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Mercenary in town.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gifted student he started as a Beggar, but he got bored and became a Mercenary. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Gardener profession.
History: He comes from a rich western family. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Krimmon alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mercenary for the past few years.

History: Oren lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Server, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born in the west. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears a grey vest and prefers blue and white shirts. Her boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Her hair is white and very short. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes her no end of embarrassment.
History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite.
