History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Susannah was born the youngest of three triplets. Susannah liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Kugáluga alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Kugáluga was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the giants.
