Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Râsh was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Aristocrat, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Aristocrat in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Doctor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She carries with her a set of scythes on her belt, each one with a jet on the hilt. Her fur is lavender and curly. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality; and to reunite with her old friends

Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.
History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers.

Description: He is a pot bellied western man with a big hulking figure and broad shoulders. He wears a tight fitting brown shirt and pants. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are hazel and catlike.
Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: Nalral was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Nalral liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a sai and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: This southern man is abnormally tall. He wears a tan broad hat and tan clothes. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is auburn and curly. He has amber eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Glim embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Kite alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and wants to work out more often

History: Naill was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
