Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has moderate length auburn hair. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Soveliss embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Soveliss fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and an old rival family wants him found

Personality: She will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken her opponents. Despite her formidable combat skills she remains a coward. Her job bores her to no end. She has decided to make it more interesting.
History: She was born into a rich family. Her family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. She saw this and took pride in her mother's willingness to do anything to win. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Vola was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 11 years.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He works hard and plays hard.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Through the years after Dabbledob was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Dabbledob's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Dabbledob and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Born to a Sailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He usually wears his violet robe and has his axe always slung over his shoulder. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a dull look in his green eyes.
Personality: Rolf is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Being a Guard kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by orcs, and he desires to right it.

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His long black hair reaches down to his waist. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Aerdeth fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
