History: Born in the south to a Detective, Marbas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Detective and found it very stressful. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Elves in Anne's homeland. Anne decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
