History: Raer hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He got into the Fletcher business at a young age. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fletcher. He has worked as a Fletcher like his father before him.

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and her religion dominates her actions
