Description: She does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She wears her red hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: She has a good heart but also a terrible temper. She will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. The war was a terrible time for her, and Murgen does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Murgen was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Murgen and her spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Hadarai lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: She prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 6'1" when asserting herself. She has moderate length auburn hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. Being a Miner kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: She possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. After coming to the age of reason, Creega took it upon herself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lorilla grew up listening to her father's many stories. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

Description: He has a large grey mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his green robe. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, John was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Through the years after Rosalind was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
