History: Peter was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
