The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Alain took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up glaive and armor she uses now. Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He bought a glaive and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Heartbroken, Armara never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
