History: She comes from a rich southern family. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She now mingles about in high society.

Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: She is a Barkeep first and foremost. She believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Willow enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. When Willow reached her early adolescence her Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Raer was born with his mother's beautiful face. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Personality: She is quite rude, and likes to deride her opponents skill and shout insults at them. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day; and she's looking for her big break

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Doctor. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and balancing her hectic life and new doctor responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. A true patriot, Geva would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Geva lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Marry her brother to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Carter, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bather for the past few years.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
