Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Navigator born in the past three hundred years. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Navigator work with an outfit from a few towns over. Navigator work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has achieved small success as a Navigator.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.
Personality: Carlin is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She was forced to fight in gladiatorial arenas alongside her partner. They became the best of friends and one day they managed to break out together and then went their separate ways.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

History: Mhurren was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sage. He struck the Sage job and began his own company from there.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She also has developed a complete distrust of the Blacksmith profession.
History: Born in the east to a Architect, Spear learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. As a young child she wandered into the woods despite her mother's warnings against it. Afterwards she claimed she had encountered illithids who tried to eat her hand. She's also a talented Blacksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job.
