History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Helgret liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a monstrous two handed axe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nagrette grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared.
