Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Qualen was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Mason. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and to share knowledge with the world

Personality: She does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter; and wants to work out more often

Personality: This man loves dancing and to teach people dancing more than just about anything. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. History: Born in the east to a Painter, Norman learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has achieved small success as a Painter.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: She was born in the east. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She is searching for what she claims is her rightful reward.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions.
