Description: This slender man stands about 6'6". He is renowned for his bright black suits and hats. His red crest is unkempt and raggedy. This red eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Locksmith they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Blacksmith, and he later adopted a second son.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Description: This tall, slender man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Erky fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a falchion on his belt. He carries with him a set of falchions on his belt, each one with a amethyst on the hilt. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Gifted from a young age, Gormogord studied abroad. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Gormogord alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Sailor mother left her crippled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants revenge against goblins

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this southern woman wears skinny pants and wears a white and brown robe with the hood down. Her silver hair is greasy and uncared for. Her green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: She's a bit of a prankster. She knows she is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Ilga took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up whip and armor she uses now. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and wants to work out more often

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Cook born in the past three hundred years. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Pikar was born with his father's beautiful face. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
