History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Mormo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Mormo. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the north. Sun was born on a far northern island where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Layabout. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature axe.
