Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has all his life been fascinated with music.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Weaver. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: She stands about 4'3" and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over her head. Her left hand appears badly burned and disfigured. Her golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her hazel eyes are passionate and lively.
Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She seeks to pay back kindness whenever she gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip she always seeks to do solids for her friends.
History: Morana was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He has a large white mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his brown robe, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'2" when asserting himself. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in the north to a Sailor, Ûshgol learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ûshgol grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ûshgol. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and he perpetually has his scimitar ready. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Galinndan was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his 14th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has worked as a Farmer like his father before him.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with music. She constantly tries to fill her life with music. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.
History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: She desires power and/or immortality.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born in the north, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the north were limited. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.
History: Born to a Dyer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He prefers to wear yellow pants and tee shirts. His head has been shaved. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Elf in existence. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Everard took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: He is content.
