History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. At some point he was captured by orcs and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and someone believes him a fraud

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She was a friend to animals and a trickster. In her defense of animals however she would do severe harm to people. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

History: Born in the north to a Unemployed, Flame learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She now mingles about in high society.
