During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Her parents enrolled her in a Bard school at a young age so that she could practice her druidic talents. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Edge was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Jarsali was born the youngest of three triplets. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Jarsali grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Jarsali. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and wants to work out more often

Personality: She exudes charisma. She is a tour de force of persuasion. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Makaria was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Makaria's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Makaria and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ralf grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ralf never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 85. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
