History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. At a young age her father died while driving off some brigands. Her mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train her in halberd use. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. Jheri is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.
Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a robe, a symbol of magic around her neck, and a shield on her belt. Her head has been shaved. She has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vadania embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Vadania fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he prefers to wear flannel. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His ears are large.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beiro is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Beiro took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and retire the richest man in the south

Description: She wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a longsword on her belt. Her attire stands in sharp contrast to her longsword, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She hates Half-Orcs with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Scribe business.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Scribe arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Half-Orcs in Sutha's homeland. Sutha decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Tiefling people.
